These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Prompt Library's browser extension and website (the "Service"), operated by AI Prompt Library ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We offer a free tier and paid plans:
Prices are shown in USD and may be updated from time to time; changes will not affect a plan you've already purchased at its original term.
You may cancel a Monthly plan at any time; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again afterward. Lifetime purchases have no recurring billing to cancel.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or tamper with the Service; (b) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (c) attempt to circumvent license or payment verification; or (d) resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Prompts you create and save remain your own content; we do not claim ownership over them.
License keys are issued upon purchase and are tied to a single account. Sharing or reselling license keys is prohibited and may result in revocation.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every AI platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
