We want you to be satisfied with AI Prompt Library. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available for our paid plans.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial monthly charge if you're not satisfied, provided you haven't substantially used the Pro features (e.g. heavy cloud sync usage). After the first 7 days of a billing cycle, that cycle's charge is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the license key has not been used to unlock cloud sync on more than one device. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
To request a refund, email support@aipromptlibrary.com with your account email and order/payment ID. We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 3–5 business days.
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Upon refund, your account will be downgraded to the free tier and any active license key will be deactivated.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show signs of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or violations of our Terms of Service.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved directly and faster than through a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
